I am that wedding photographer that is non intrusive, totally natural, and timeless. Want to hike a mountain and get married with 5 of your favorite people around? Awesome - you do that. Want to get married with 300 friends who tear up the dance floor with you? Cool, I love that. Your day should feel more about how you decide to celebrate your love and less about timelines and schedules and brand names and what everyone else thinks you should do. I care just as much as the final images as you and I will make sure you get a classic portrait with your grandma and I will also be on the dance floor capturing your friends in their most embarrassing moments. Both are important, both are part of your story.

Katie was kind enough to photograph the wedding of my sister and it could not have been a better experience! Katie was professional, efficient and a true addition to the wedding experience. Her ability to capture candid moments during other wedding activities, as well as providing structure to the photography specific portion, was extremely appreciated. Katie had a firm plan for how to shoot the wedding, accommodating the wedding parties requests, while having great answers and ideas when we asked for her opinion or help. Her flexibility during the day, patience with everyone involved and photography skills were above and beyond expectations. The digital album was provided in a timely manner and, again, we had high expectations for the final product and the end result provided was well beyond industry standard for quality in all areas. Step Three: Engagement Shoot

If an engagement shoot is in the plan, we can schedule that after the wedding is booked and chat all about how to make your session unique to you!

I am available throughout the planning process to answer questions and provide insight. One month before the wedding you will receive a questionnaire from me that has all of the most important information on it. At this point, we can also meet over Zoom or coffee again to discuss any last minute day-of things.

  • Yes, yes, and yes!! I love to travel and grew up all over the world. It’s built into my DNA to travel and I love collecting passport stamps. Tell me a bit about your wedding day and I can provide a custom quote.

  • Yes! All the time. I have a strong and growing network of photographers in the area that I love to work with. When we chat over Zoom I can talk you through the things to consider when deciding if you want to hire a second shooter.

  • Both! The majority of your gallery will be shot on digital but I have my film cameras with me all day to add that flare to your gallery. Super 8 film is also an add-on that we can discuss when putting together your package!

  • Yes! Once you are booked, I am happy to send over other recommended vendors to work with!
